Your UTA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION UPDATE - All 50 tickets are spoken for.  It should be a great night just based on 50 enthusiastic Mavericks who QUICKLY got their requests in for the tickets.  More information to follow on getting the tickets handed out.

Drop by our Facebook page for updates.  We are awarding four scholarships on April 21 at 6pm and invite our Alumni to help us congratulate this year's winners.  Seating is limited at the OMNI Residences, 1301 Throckmorton, up on the 16th Floor.  The Scholarship Committee did a yeoman's job, evaluating a large number of deserving applicants and presenting an amazing group of four students for the awards.  Space is limited, first come-first served.  Contact our treasurer to reserve and confirm.  Treasurer@utaalumni.org

Another great show.  UTA's Glass blowing skills are exceptional.  The interaction with the audience during the show was entertaining and awe-inspiring.  The creations were wide-ranging as to colors and hours/skills invested.  If you've never been, mark your calendar to be there next year.  Looks like this turtle wanted to make a break for the surf, pic won't upright!
